We carry out exchange/return within 14 days from the date of sale in accordance with the law on consumer protection (Article 25, paragraph 1 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”: “Exchange of non-food goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified goods have not been used, their presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified goods”).
According to the article, we can only accept goods that have not been damaged or spoiled. If the goods were delivered to you in the factory packaging, the packaging must be preserved in its original form. If the factory packaging has been damaged, we will not be able to return the goods.
You can exchange or return the goods in the store. You must have your passport, receipt and invoice issued upon sale. We will refund the money to your bank card.
If the purchased goods have scratches, mechanical damage, chips, attach a photo to the return application. Our managers will review the goods in the warehouse, make a decision and inform you.
For regions of Russia, returns are made by any courier service of your choice. The cost of shipping the goods is not reimbursed. Refunds are made after the goods arrive at our warehouse.
